Eriks progress story is one of my all time favorites.
It may not be for the reason that you think.
Sure, Erik has lost over 30 lbs in the last 7 months, set personal strength records almost weekly, and completely overhauled his body.
But the reason I really like Eriks story is because he’s made a complete 180 degree turn with his lifestyle.
Erik is a guy who has tried to get in shape in the past, but it didn’t stick. Things got hectic, things got in the way, and his plan to get in shape faded into the background of his busy life.
The last 7 months have been a different story.
Now, Erik strength trains a few times per week, and gets out on his bike daily. The best part is, he loves every second of it.
Take a look at the picture below.
Although Erik has a little more work to do before he’s accomplished his weight loss goal, he’s mastered the art of setting small goals, and using those daily and weekly victories to create momentum. This is a major key to Eriks success.
Here’s what Erik has to say about his training program.
“I am now wearing old shorts from years back (I kept them thinking one day I would fit into them, and now I do). Weight has come off at a pretty steady rate.
As a coach, nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone not only change their body for the better, but change their entire lifestyle.
Seeing Erik go from sedentary with unhealthy eating habits to a someone who loves to train his body and fuel it with quality food is an absolute pleasure.
I told Erik that I think his story will inspire a lot of people. So many people, right now, feel like Erik did 7 months ago. Tired, sluggish, wanting to change, but having no idea what to do. Or worse, not sure if they have what it takes to make these changes.
Erik is your proof.
Erik did it. He’s still doing it. And he has a few tips that will help you be successful changing your life as well.
