Everybody loves to get their hands on the get out of jail free card. Eventually, you'll land on the square that says "Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200"
It's like that when working towards a fitness goal. It's inevitable, you're going to miss a workout or mess up on your diet at some point. This is where it's really nice to be forgiving of yourself when you do make these mistakes. It's like your get out of jail free card.
It's just as important to learn from these situations so that they don't become a habit.
